"Great agency and staff. My only issue is the cost. I struggle every month to pay my auto premium. I'm a good, seasoned driver but due to 2 not my fault accidents with insured drivers have cost an increase in my premiums , so unfair."

"If you’re looking for an insurance company that will go to bat for you no matter how long it takes, this is the one!! I moved to Ohio from Florida and had a lien on my vehicle, so getting it registered in Ohio was complicated! After faxing, emailing and calling all parties involved to no avail, I gave up and went to my new insurance agency seeking help! Even though I did not have an appointment, Pam and Amy came to my rescue! They dropped everything they were doing and began making numerous internet searches and phone calls on my behalf . Almost two hours later, my Florida driving privileges were reinstated as well as discovering where the “snag” was that caused this whole dilemma! I can’t sing their praises loud enough! They are the real deal and treated me “…like a good neighbor” !"

"Starting in November 22 I received a phone call saying I had not made a payment. I told the young lady i had. And i will admit after telling her several times I had made the payment I got angry. Over the time I was with Pam I told them 1. Something was wrong with their tracking system they use to give you a discount. I found out that if you have subwoofers in your car the vibrations will affect the plastic peice they give you. Getting bad readings 2. I was making payments and not getting credit for them. Both of these are true. Over the time I was with there I made several complaints with zero return phone calls. Pam had you called me once I could have found these out. I have to assume you just though I was lieing. And shame on you if that is the case. I found out last night becuase I was a problem customer you blocked me from getting insurance and refused my payments. You never once even called me. Oh and just so you are aware your system has problems with some banks and mine is unfortunately one of them. Once again I had to find out from your home office becuase you never once called me. Oh and ps. I have been with the Landen statefarm since leaving here. I now have renters insurance for my storage. A second car and home owners insurance. I know they won't care but that could have been their business. Guess they have enough without new customers."
